A natural performance.
As an inaugural recipient of the EnviroDevelopment certification in WA, Cygnia Cove clearly sets an example for other land developments to follow. Cygnia Cove is one of only two estates to be recognised by the Urban Design Institute of Australia (UDIA), for being at the forefront of environmental sustainability in Western Australia. In particular Cygnia Cove was recognised for not only maintaining a sustainable ecosystem, rich with native biodiversity, but also for developing the foundations for a vibrant, happy and healthy community.
The restoration of pristine wetlands provide a permanent water source for the Canning River and a perfect feeding and breeding habitat for Western Australia’s iconic Black Swans, a true reflection of Richard Noble’s strong focus on creating a site which is in harmony with nature.
Future residents of Cygnia Cove can feel proud of Cygnia Cove’s association with EnviroDevelopment and the extremely high standards set, which the UDIA state “in order to gain certification a development must be truly a cut above the rest.”
